Cancellation Policy
It is each clients responsibility to remember appointments. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number for text reminders and an email that will provide you with cancellation/rescheduling options. A $40 non refundable deposit is acquired for new clients to hold all appointments. A 100% service fee will be charged for each appointments canceled/changed with less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time/no-shows. Please be sure to arrive by your appointment time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be serviced and subjected to 50% of the service fee.
